Mayor Rosener, and Other Mayors React to ODOT Tolling Pause.

Gov. Tina Kotek’s decision to put a pause on area tolling until 2026 is being greeted enthusiastically by mayors in Tualatin, Tigard and Sherwood.

At issue is last week’s announcement that the plans to allow the Oregon Department of Transportation to begin tolling for gantries along Interstate 205 as early as 2024, followed by plans to toll Interstate 5, have been delayed until 2025.
